Appreciation of customer service & tips
 
Further to second order I have placed today for the Bedec MSP paint.
Please convey special thanks to telephone consultant of 7th August who thankfully gave me colour coordination advice where I chose the cream to paint dado rail, skirting boards and door pine. I had initially asked for white but this would have clashed terribly with décor and with her help I now have gorgeous duck egg (pine was 18 years of so very dark…) which contrasts perfectly with mink under dado rail and white lace white colour above the dado rail. My room is now orange free and perfectly colour coordinated.
Also, I think this product is fantastic product and hence 2nd order today for pine bedroom furniture – it is so economical as obviates necessity for sanding / undercoat and then layer(s) of paint and gives tired furniture a new lease of life.
Thank you so much and apologies for not getting the ladies name on 7th August but she has excellent customer service skills and courtesy.

“Just wanted to commend your company on their fast efficient service.  I had purchased a can of similar paint from a local pool specialist for £94 but when opened it was clearly old stock and unusable.  I returned it for a refund on Tuesday morning, ordered from yourselves on Tues afternoon – this was delivered on Wed morning and the repainting of the church baptistry was completed on Wednesday evening.  That it seems to me is very efficient all round!  One can of paint must be a pretty small order for a company such as yours, that I was given this quality of service I thought deserved recognition.”
